Having eaten like a real pig for dinner, j'me was saying that I should be a couple burns calories! So a little back and forth St-Jean/Chambly cycling (22km.) I really love this bike path along the Chambly Canal, it is gravel but it runs very well like this! Destination fast in the following Fort , and as final in Marius . There was a kind of show in the open air in front of the locks, music African Jamboree. And as usual I took the opportunity to take a couple of cliché ... (Funny fact, there are a lot of Asian fish that night in that channel, and suddenly I remember why I go in the Chinese buffet)
